The program
Provides a comprehensive view, linking organisational goals, individual
development and behavior, with competence building from two sides:
1. From the outside - through teaching and training. You learn a solid set
of skills from three distinct coaching approaches.
2. From the inside - through personal experienced coaching. You gain a
deeper understanding of how coaching methods affect, develop and transform
people.
The advanced coaching program is based on deep knowledge of how increased
complexity in organisations are influencing processes and people - hence the
program’s aim is to support you in navigating these complexities by means of
specific tools and methodologies.
